In this role, you will be trained on the job to receive and inspect cargo shipments from freight forwarders and live animal shipments from the general public. You will assist our Cargo customers with questions about their shipments and ensure compliance with shipment policies with the aid of computer tools.At Delta/Northwest Airlines, our number one focus is to enhance all aspects of each customer's experience.
