DIRECTOR OF INTAKE and AFTERCAREOpportunity to Join a Quality-Driven Therapeutic Foster Boarding Home (TFBH) ProgramServing Children and Families in THE BRONXGraham Windham, one of NY`s most dynamic non-profit organizations serving children and families, seeks a qualified professional to be based out of our BRONX location, while traveling to other sites in the NY Metro area, playing a key role in our Family Permanency Planning Service (TFBH) Program. Reporting to our Regional Director of Permanency & Support, the successful candidate will provide quality services to families and children designed to reunite families and provide permanency for children.DUTIES (Not limited to):*To design and implement services with the above in mind.*To recruit, hire, train and evaluate staff.*Ensure timely monitoring of all admissions; movements and discharges for their impact on Vacancy reporting.*Design and maintain processes for the timely processing of admission stats.*To monitor all services to families and children inclusive of City, State and Federal Regulations and mandates.*To formulate departmental budget and allocate financial resources.*Promotes the mission of the Agency by interpretation and tasks without and within Graham-Windham.*Provide direct supervision to Intake & Aftercare Supervisors and others as needed.*Prepare monthly report of Departments? progress, activities for Division.*Review PAMS Quality contact and notes Achieve/approve documented face-to-face and home-based contacts (Ind, sibs, family) ASFA doc. review/compelling reason. Enforce quality of case work engagement. Develop quality management systems and staffing to track, evaluate and promote education, enrollment and literacy performance. *Demonstrate the ability to consistently evaluate the program`s systems for literacy enhancement. Develop quality management systems and staffing to authorize and submit timely all documents.
