We are currently seeking a full time:CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ? Solon, OhioPOSITION SUMMARY: Work within the Customer Service Department which includes 12 Customer Service Representatives which serve domestic and international customers.MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:Process orders - intercompany, international, domestic.Provide price quotations, product descriptions, and product availability to customers.Liason between customers and warehouse to ensure accurate, timely deliveries.Set up new accounts, set up new distributors.Telemarketing and phone sales activities as required.REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILL/ABILITIES:Minimum of 2 year college degree in life sciences, communications, business or related field or equivalent experience. Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Customer Service.MUST HAVE experience in the Science industry. Excellent problem solving, supervisory and communication skills.
