Job DescriptionCall Center Professionals Needed for Insurance Company!Our client, a diversified financial services company with $436 billion in assets and 150,000 employees is adding PART TIME and/or FULL TIME CALL CENTER PROFESSIONALS to its team! Due to increased volume they are growing fast!Responsibilities Include:# Performing a variety of loan servicing tasks within a call center environment# Handling inbound and outbound customer calls# Will be providing customer account updates, verifying loan documentation and credit information# Resolving problems regarding documentation issues# May assist in researching and resolving discrepancies# Updating and counseling borrowers on their status of their file, while also providing options and walking them through the process# Processing routine to complex transactions on-line# Resolving routine to moderately complex problems and inquires and referring difficult problems to specialistsQualifications:# 12 to 18 months experience preferably in a call center environment or banking, customer service/call center, loss mitigation, mortgage industry, sales or collections# Outstanding communication skills# Professional demeanor# 1-2 years with the most recent employer# Must provide a minimum of 2 positive work references# Positive and flexible attitude neededPotential shifts available:Part time evening positionsCompensation:# $13 per hourFor immediate consideration, please send resume to and you must also apply on www.simplexinsuranceonline.com.
