Job Description: A proven leader in the trucking / transportation industry has an opening for an experienced Customer Care/Administrative Clerk. Candidate must have 2 years minimum experience in open deck freight operations. A proven track record in the transportation industry a must. To be successful, candidate will possess interpersonal and communications skill and a great customer service attitude. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Administrative and Customer Care functions. Meeting the scheduling needs for Freight Pick-ups insuring the correct equipment is utilized. Work with home office and customers to insure any issues are resolved with positive outcome. Complete and file all necessary paperwork. Attend / Conduct any necessary company training.
