This is a temporary part-time hourly position without benefits for the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) grant. General Summary:Assume the daily responsibilities of this project, including coordination of all program and project activities with project partners and linkage organizations. Job Specifications:Bachelor's degree in management, organizational development, or a related field. Three (3) years of related experience, including grant coordination. Ability to work with people, especially outside agencies, nursing facilities, hospitals, college staff and students. Knowledge of health care and/or educational organizations preferred. Job Duties:1. Responsible for the day-to day grant activities under the direction of the project director.2. Provide coordination for all grant activities, including overseeing the scheduling, staffing, and evaluation of programs.3. Responsible for working with partner organizations, and assisting the program evaluator in data collection and information related to program outcomes.4. Responsible for the development and implementation of the annual geriatric education conference.5. Serve as the liaison between CCC and its partner hospitals, to ensure that grant outcomes are met.5. Conduct ongoing analysis regarding data relating to program services for reporting purposes. 6. Responsible for post-grant reporting activities along with Project Director.7. Collaborate when needed, with college staff, such as, financial aid, supportive services, advising, counseling, tutoring, and student life in the coordination of HRSA grant.8. Ability to compose data and to clearly present conclusions in written and oral form.9. Background in assessment/outcomes application to improve educational goals.10. Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
