Hands on Construction Controller - (HI-Honolulu) CODE / SP0708HCMinimum Education: BachelorsJob Type: Full TimeSearching for a financial professional who wants to make a real impact within the company. Well established construction related firm is searching a controller with previous high-volume experience to direct, coordinate, maintain and control an accounting system for multiple companies within the firm. The ideal candidate will consult directly with senior management and supervise others. Must be a highly organized self-starter to manage the Accounting functions to ensure financial results are reported accurately and timely. Will supervise Accounting/Payroll staff, maintain the General Ledger, A/R, A/P etc. Will also over see credit and collections, and prepare budgets/financials. Ideal candidate is a dynamic professional with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in Word/Excel are a must. Requirements: Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance Must have at least 5 years of Accounting in construction related industry. Must have Previous high-volume experience in the construction industry, payroll/certified payroll processing, and experience with Timberline. Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
