Configuration Technician III

We are currently looking for a Configuration Technician III to work in our award winning corporate headquarters in Holland, MI.In this challenging role, you will ensure accurate configuration of new products and engineering changes and management of data in Baan which is transitioning to SAP. You will develop catalog information for service parts manuals and effectively troubleshoot all information problems related to production and order processing. You will also assist with establishing standards for rational product data structure. Additionally, you will mentor and provide leadership to less experienced members of the team.We value learning through education and experience. The ideal candidate will possess: ?Associate degree in related technical, engineering or business discipline, or equivalent degree.?American Product and Inventory Control Society (APICS) certification preferred. ?Project management certification preferred. ?Eight years experience directly related to duties and responsibilities defined, including three years experience using configuration systems such as Baan, ProE or SAP. ?SQL training at recognized institute; extensive SQL experience?Manufacturing process experience preferredWhat do you value?
