Join our team of skilled professionals that is dedicated to quality and superior customer service."Claim" your role.Our Auto Claims Representative is a person who can support the claims team in the daily business operations. You will investigate, evaluate and settle claims, including claims under collision, medical pay, comprehensive, property damage and bodily injury coverages. You should be highly organized, task driven and have excellent customer service.Responsibilities include:. Responsible for all aspects of claims assigned. Assignments will be primarily, but not limited to, less serious to moderate exposure, including total losses.. Determine coverage on all cases assigned.. Establish preliminary reserves and regularly review them for adequacy.. Investigate, evaluate and make liability decisions on claims assigned.. Negotiate settlements.. Review all files assigned through the use of a regular diary system.. Communicate information effectively, both written and verbal.. Duties may include any reasonable company-related assignments as directed by the managerSkills and Requirements include:. High school diploma or general education degree (GED). 2-3 years of related insurance experience. Strong skills in multi-tasking, organization, and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize, take initiative, meet daily deadlines, and work in a fast paced environment. Excellent verbal communication and written skills and a team player. Proficient in Word and Excel
