Review releases from LPS as they relate to Default data elements and establish appropriate uses. Communicate new data elements to all areas that are affected for GSE Reporting, MI Reporting, Treasury Reporting, OCC Reporting, etc.. Monitor/QC accurate use of the fields and the related reporting. Create ad hoc reporting as needed. Assist in the management of outsourcers, which includes the data exchange aspect. Serve as back-up for Integration Reporting. Review/establish underwriting procedures for modifications. Create and manage Default Resolution Disaster Recovery procedures. Other reporting and data development as requiredJob Requirements. Minimum 10 years' default/loss mitigation experience. Minimum 10 years' mortgage banking experience. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Technical proficiency. Thorough knowledge of company Default/Loss Mitigation processes and procedures. Reporting accuracy and quality. Audit responsiveness. Investor requirement satisfaction. Productivity. Budget.
