Opens doors and greets guests as they enter and leave the hotel. Takes luggage to and from guest rooms as the guest has specified. Answers questions about the hotel and local area. Arranges transportation on behalf of the guest; provides directions to local points of interest. Must be knowledgeable about the hotel, its amenities and the local area. Must be friendly, outgoing, and possess excellent guest service skills. 1-2 years prior customer service and/or hospitality experience helpful, eg hotel bellhop. Bilingual helpful. Position: AGENT-AT YOUR SERVICE, FT & PT positions, AM/PM & OVERNIGHT: Serves as the main point of contact for all guests requests and needs. Responsible for answering calls, recording guest requests or issues in computer system, contacting appropriate individual or department (e.g., Bellperson, Housekeeping) for assistance. Pursues all requests and issues to resolution, including following up with guest to ensure their request has been met to their satisfaction. Provides information to guests about room features, property amenities, and local areas of interest. Assists guests with accessing the internet. Must exhibit courteous hospitality at all times and must be proactive in every area including offering additional services. Great guest service and interpersonal skills. 1-2 years experience in a customer-facing role. Solid PC and cash-handling skills. Bilingual helpful. All positions require excellent guest service skills and desire to provide enthusiastic services to guests. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, with rotating days and shifts, including weekends and holidays (shifts: 6:30a-3:00p, 2:30p to 11:00p, 10:30p to 7:00a).
