This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career by working on a global leading Risk Management application with a professional and friendly team for a highly successful company.Responsibilities?As part of our Global Support Team providing our customers with excellent technical service on a 24X7 basis?Problem solving, troubleshooting and case management follow-up.?Seeks out opportunities to learn and practice technical skills.?Accountable for resolving an appropriate number of Client issues on a weekly basis.?Maintains and updates knowledge of our web based products. Personal Skills?Strong communication skills ?Excellent customer service focus. Familiar with an SLA driven environment?Self starter, able to take the initiative, but equally a good team player Job Skills?Troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills ? web applications ?Knowledge in client server technologies. ?Good Knowledge of database technology (SQL Server or Oracle) ?Skills in Microsoft environments?Will consider both graduate applicants and those qualified by experience. Microsoft Certified Professional (MSP) would be useful.?An additional language, for example Spanish or Portuguese will be a plus Working Hours ?You must be willing to work irregular shifts in an average 40 hours per week pattern. This will include night working.?Additionally you will be required to provide weekend on-call on a rota within the team. This is balanced across the team.
