We offer an upbeat, fun work atmosphere, and provide limitless opportunities for advancement.Responsibilities: Specific responsibilities may include but are not limited to:?Manage probate accounts to obtain information regarding deceased individual?s estate. ?Field incoming and generate outbound probate calls ?Notate files with attorney, personal representative, estate and family information?Negotiate and follow-up on payment arrangements?Follow-up with the attorney or personal representative regarding claim filingSkills/Experience:Required:?Proven ability to achieve assigned goals.?Proven track record in call center, sales or collections.?Ability to work in a highly regulated and structured environment?Professional and empathetic telephone skills ?Strong verbal and written communication skills?Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment?Strong organization skills?Team-oriented personalityRequirements:?High school diploma or equivalent required, college preferred.?Proficiency working with computers?Must be able to pass criminal background check ?Full time, 40hrs/wk ? some evenings.
