In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for selling Kforce's staffing solutions to prospective clients in need of Finance and Accounting professionals. The Account Executive is responsible for the planning, execution, cultivation, and monitoring of accounts. Business development activities include: sourcing, qualifying clients, identifying potential decision makers, establishing contact relationships, completing company and department profiles, working with internal recruiters, marketing candidates, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and scheduling client visits. Our business relies highly on repeat business therefore strong relationships and working with people in a fast-paced team environment. To be considered, you must have at least 2 years of STAFFING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE, be self motivated, and possess a sense of urgency to achieve outcomes and exceed expectations. The ability to proficiently handle difficult client negotiations with professionalism and respect is essential, as are excellent verbal and written communication skills.
