In addition, this position provides project specific support to the Manager and/or Director.ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES.Responsible for all online and offline marketing duties, including creation of campaign codes, scripting, contracts, testing set-up, and operational set-up/testing/quality assurance of web functionalities.. Ownership of smaller clients: oversee the launch of new partners, communicate with partners day to day, pull and issue sales reports and test results, set up campaigns, and recommend tests and marketing strategies.. Coordinate with Creative, Product, Legal, IT, QA, and clients to ensure that all marketing materials are reviewed and approved in a timely manner.. Develop PowerPoint Presentations that focus on sales/marketing/operations.. Responsible for issuing and analyzing campaigns/client sales reports, P/L reports, and updating/creating pivot reports.. Provide support for manager by setting up and tracking campaigns for larger clients.. Arrange and prepare materials for business development meetings, conference calls, and presentations with clients as necessary.. Ensure client commissions are paid timely and accurately. Work in conjunction with Vertrue Accounting department to ensure correct calculation of commissions as outlined in client contracts. Also work with Accounting to develop client forecasts and budgets as requested by client.. Responsible for making a continuous effort in developing new marketing channels with existing accounts, maximizing client marketing potential, and consulting with Vertrue supervisor and/or department head on an ongoing basis to discuss existing account growth opportunities.Requirements The ideal candidate will possess a BA, BS, or BBA in a marketing-related field.Other skills include:. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Must be a flexible, team player and able to work independently, with light supervision. Strong computer skills, proficiency utilizing MS Word, PowerPoint with superior spreadsheet skills utilizing Excel.
